Meet James Wangelin

James is a real estate investor, agent, and advisor who has personally bought and sold over 100 properties and helped facilitate more than 200 million in real estate sales. He helps sellers obtain top dollar for their homes through smart pricing, strong marketing, and skilled negotiation, and helps buyers find the right property for them, whether it is a primary residence, an investment, or a more complex purchase.

Outside of real estate, James is a husband to Marcy Wangelin and a proud father of two. Family is central to everything he builds, and it strongly influences his focus on creating businesses and investment strategies that support both financial freedom and time with the people who matter most.

He has a tremendous knowledge of the local Real Estate market both in the residential and investment realm. His integrity is never compromised, and I always feel like he has my best interest in mind.
